
Tina has worked with Bell Associates
since November 1999. Having worked as manager for a variety of high
street retailers, she went to work for a Retail Training Provider,
where she was responsible for developing and delivering effective
training sessions for unemployed adults on a variety of topics
including retail, customer service and personal development. She
qualified as an NVQ Assessor
and Internal Verifier and helped many
previously unqualified people to gain a Retail NVQ.
As the organisation grew, she became actively involved in the
development of the business including the setting up of the Personnel
and Training Department.
In 1998 she went to work for an organisation who provides
support, advice and guidance to individuals seeking to set up their
own business. Again, she took responsibility for developing effective
training sessions based on individual needs. This gave her a taste for
joining the ranks of the self-employed and in November 1999 she decided
to become freelance.
Since then she has worked for a number of organisations developing
and delivering customised training programmes.
In addition she is an
Internal Verifier and Assessor in Retail, Customer Service and Business
Administration.
